    What To Wear
    Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for weather conditions. Sunglasses are recommended.

    Are there any weight or height limits?

    Maximum weight is 230 lbs per person. There are no height requirements.

    What type of plane will I be flying?

    You will be on a Searey amphibious airplane.

    Returns
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

    Exchanges
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Cloud 9 Living.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once you have scheduled a date and received a confirmation, all bookings for this experience can be rescheduled up to 72 hours prior to your booked time. Failure to appear on the booked date or to reschedule at least 72 hours prior will result in the loss of the value of the certificate. In the case that the event is cancelled due to inclement weather, you may reschedule directly with the pilot.
