    Maximum Participants

    Spectators
    Benches are available to sit along the nature trail.
    Weather Dependent
    Trips run rain or shine with the exception of high winds, freezing conditions or dangerous storms. Please contact your tour provider with any questions about weather.
    What To Wear
    Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for the season, but avoid loose clothing that could tangle in ropes or other gear. Pants or long shorts are recommended. Closed-toe shoes are required. NO flip flops.
    Are there age or weight restrictions?

    Participants can be from 3 to a 103. There is no minimum weight limit, but the maximum weight limit is 275 lbs.

    Is this tour wheelchair accessible?

    Unfortunately, this ziplining tour is not wheelchair accessible. However, the nature trail where spectators can observe is.

    Do I need any experience?

    No experience necessary! You just need to be in reasonable physical condition.

    What should I wear?

    Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for the season, but avoid loose clothing that could tangle in ropes or other gear. Pants or long shorts are recommended. Closed-toe shoes are required. NO flip flops.

    What will the guide provide?

    Your guide will provide the ziplining gear and an amazing time!

    Returns
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

    Exchanges
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Cloud 9 Living.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. Rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours prior to your experience. In the event your experience is canceled due to inclement weather you will reschedule your experience directly with your experience provider. Failure to appear on your booked date or reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
