What To Wear
It is recommended to wear long sleeves, long pants and closed-toe shoes.

For this experience, our partners are taking extra measures to help prevent any potential spread of COVID-19. Masks are required at all times, and it is requested you wash your hands prior to entering the studio space. Do I need any experience?
No, this private lesson will be tailored to your skill level.
Are there any age restrictions?
Yes, participants must be at least 10 years old. Anyone 16 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult.
Is this a group lesson?
No, this experience is a 2-hour private glass blowing class for 2 participants.
What will we be making?
Typically in the introductory private class, you'll learn how to make a small pendant or a twisted, artistic ornament.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Cloud 9 Living.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, rescheduling is allowed up to 7 days prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 7 days prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
