    Approximately 50 minutes total, with 35 to 38 minutes of flight time from engine start to stop.

    What To Wear
    Please wear comfortable and weather appropriate clothing. If you choose to fly with the doors off, loose items are required to be tethered to the passenger, including phones and cameras.
    What can I expect on the tour?

    You can expect to have a great time with friendly and knowledgeable pilots. The goal is to have an amazing time while sightseeing and enjoying a scenic helicopter flight across Block Island Sound.

    What type of helicopter will we be flying on?

    You will be flying on a Robinson R44 with an FAA-certified pilot.

    Are there any age or weight restrictions to participate?

    There are no age restrictions – all ages are welcome. The weight limit per passenger is 300 lbs, and the combined passenger weight limit is 600 lbs.

    Can I fly without the helicopter doors on?

    Yes! Please let your experience provider know that you would prefer to fly with the doors off. If you choose to fly doors off, it is required that any loose items must be tethered to the passenger, including phones and cameras.

    Returns
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

    Exchanges
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Cloud 9 Living.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once you have scheduled a date and received a confirmation email, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed at least 72 hours in advance. Once you are within 72 hours of the booked date, all bookings are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee or a $50.00 rescheduling fee. In the event that the experience is canceled by the experience provider due to inclement weather or maintenance issues to the aircraft, you may reschedule your experience directly with your experience provider. Failure to appear on the booked date, or reschedule within these terms will result in the loss of the value of the experience.
