    What To Wear
    Please wear comfortable and weather appropriate clothing.

The airport does require that all persons wear a mask when indoors. Once in the aircraft, participants are welcome to remove their mask if they would like as all of the windows and vents in the aircraft will be open for proper air ventilation.     You can expect to have a great time with friendly people and knowledgeable pilots. The goal is to have an amazing time while experiencing an exciting helicopter ride over the iconic landmarks of Nashville.

    Is the tour handicap accessible?

    Parking and the building are handicap accessible, but helicopter loading may be an issue depending on mobility. Please let Cloud 9 Living know of any accessibility needs at the time of booking.

    What type of helicopter will we be flying on?

    All flights are on a Robinson R44 helicopter.

    Are there any restrictions to participate?

    Individual participants must weigh less than 315 lbs. The combined weight limit for 2 passengers is 600 lbs, and the combined weight limit for 3 passengers is 700 lbs.

    Returns
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

    Exchanges
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Cloud 9 Living.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once you have scheduled a date and received a confirmation, rescheduling and cancellation is allowed up to 72 hours prior to the booked date and time. Once you are within 24 hours prior to your booked date and time, you may only reschedule and no cancellations are permitted. Failure to appear on your booked date or to rescheduling according to these terms will result in the loss of the value of the certificate. In the case that the event is postponed due to inclement weather, as determined by the experience provider, you may reschedule directly with the experience provider.
