    What To Wear
    For the kayak/canoe tour, please wear shoes with good traction – like water shoes, sneakers or other shoes that can get wet and stay on your feet well. Swimsuits/swim trunks or light layers that can get wet are appropriate. Be sure to wear sunscreen. There will be an opportunity to change for the brewery tour, so bring a dry change of clothes and a towel.

    For this experience, our partners are taking extra measures to help prevent any potential spread of COVID-19. These measures include the wiping down of frequently touched surfaces such as waiver signing areas, pens, bathrooms, porta johns, and door handles. All equipment used will be soaked or cleaned with a disinfectant solution after each use. Regarding transportation, members of the same party must sit together with spacing between each group. Our partners will be implementing outdoor check-in as much as possible and will be limiting the number of people in their indoor spaces. Guests should bring a watertight bag that will hold their face coverings during the trip. These Covid-19 safety measures are subject to change.

    Are there age restrictions?

    Participants must be at least 21 years old with a valid photo ID.

    Do I need any experience?

    No experience necessary! You just need to be able to paddle yourself in a kayak or canoe for approximately 6 miles.

    What should I wear?

    For the kayak/canoe portion, please wear clothes that can get wet and shoes with good traction that will not come off. (No flip flops.) You will have the opportunity to change for the brewery portion of the tour, so bring a dry change of clothes and a towel.

    What will the guide provide?

    The tour comes with the kayak or canoe gear, beer tasting, artisan pizza, shuttle transportation and an amazing time! A full lunch is NOT provided. Feel free to bring your own picnic lunch in a waterproof container. Please also bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

    What about food allergies or dietary restrictions?

    Please let Cloud 9 Living know of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking to see if accommodations can be made.

    Returns
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

    Exchanges
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Cloud 9 Living.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, no exchanges or cancellations are allowed. Rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule in accordance with these terms will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
